Regulations

WOO THAI RESTAURANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

§1

The following terms, capitalized, are given the following meanings:
1. Terms and Conditions - this document, which sets out the rules for making and handling reservations in the Restaurant
and customer service;

BOOKING OF PLACES


§2

1 As part of the Restaurant's operations, reservations can be made.
(2) Reservation of seats in the Restaurant takes place according to the rules set out in the Rules of Procedure, which state
the exclusive set of general terms and conditions on the basis of which the reservation of places and service are performed

§4

§5

(1) Any reservation made may be cancelled no later than the day before the reservation date and in

CUSTOMER SERVICE PRINCIPLES

§6

(1) When groups of at least 6 (six) persons use the Restaurant's services,

§7

(1) In the event of misbehaviour by a group or individual using the Restaurant's services,

§8

cancellation, but for no longer than 14 days from the occurrence of these events. In addition, the name and

but for a period of no more than five years from the end of the calendar year in which it occurred
